By accessing or using the KKM Digital website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
KKM Digital provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC Advertising, Web Design & Development, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing. The specific scope of services will be outlined in your service agreement.
Payments for services are due as specified in your invoice or service agreement. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Late payments may result in service suspension.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all services. If you are not satisfied with our initial work, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Upon full payment, you retain ownership of all content and deliverables created specifically for your business. KKM Digital retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
KKM Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be billed for services rendered up to the termination date.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
